EPCHA relies on its residents to maintain their units in good standing order. Whenever needed, residents may notify us when maintenance related issues occur in and around their unit.
We encourage all residents to submit Routine Work Orders during work hours. Routine Work Orders are considered situations that are common and do not causes serious health or safety threat of EPCHA residents.
However, residents should submit After Hours Work Orders in instances that could cause injury, loss of life, seriously threaten health or safety of residents or cause property damage.
