How do I apply?
At this time we are accepting applications for the public housing program. you may contact our main office by dialing 915-764-3559 to request an application. Once an application is filled out, applicants are placed on a waiting list according to the date and tie of their application, size of the unit for which they qualify, and local preference for which they may qualify.

I have a voucher and I want to move to El Paso County. Who do I contact?
You may dial 915-764-3559 and request to speak with the Housing Voucher Department who will help you move (port) your voucher EPCHA.
