Ralph Carrasco works in the Human Resources department at Hunt Companies Business Services, where he is a Compensation Analyst in charge of 401k, and the various short-term and long-term incentive benefit plans. Ralph has been employed at Hunt for 17 years, is actively involved in various community volunteer efforts, and is currently pursuing his MBA at UTEP. Appointed June 2019 to the El Paso County Housing Authority board by Commissioner Precinct 1.

Jose Balderrama is a proud resident of EPCHA. He is married to Marisol Balderrama, his wife of 28 years and three children, Kim , Jonathan and Lilia. Although Mr. Balderrama was forced to discontinue working due to a disability, he continues to give back to his community by serving on the EPCHA Board and volunteering at the Fabens School District.

In addition, he is one of the Founding Members of CEA and Served as the Vice President of External Affairs, Membership and Development Committee Chair of Community En Accion.

Sandy has over 25 years in leadership, project management, and financial planning. Her strengths are her resourcefulness and drive to get things done. Sandy holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from of the University of Texas at El Paso. Sandy’s love for her community has pushed her to be an active leader in the El Paso Community. She has served on several civic and private boards, as well as volunteered with several organizations. These to include the El Paso Hispanic Education Foundation, Greater El Paso Football Showcase, National Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, El Paso Hotel Motel Association, Woman’s Council of Real Estate Professionals, El Paso Fighting Hunger, Susan G Komen Foundation, and the Fathers Hearth Hermitage.
