Sandy holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from of the University of Texas at El Paso. Sandy’s love for her community has pushed her to be an active leader in the El Paso Community. She has served on several civic and private boards, as well as volunteered with several organizations. Gabriel Williams is the President and Founder of Border Construct, LLC, specializing in modular construction and affordable housing solutions. Since October 2019, he has focused on creating low-income housing in El Paso, collaborating with local organizations like Project Vida and HACEP. Gabriel previously founded Custom Containers 915, managing projects that converted shipping containers into homes and commercial buildings. Ralph Carrasco works in the Human Resources department at Hunt Companies Business Services, where he is a Compensation Analyst in charge of 401k, and the various short-term and long-term incentive benefit plans. Ralph has been employed at Hunt for 17 years, is actively involved in various community volunteer efforts, and is currently pursuing his MBA at UTEP.
