The El Paso County Housing Authority is a publicly funded organization and will comply with all provisions of the Public Information Act under Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code. All requests for public information requests must be submitted in writing to the Executive Director:

Charges
EPCHA will issue an itemized statement describing the estimated charges for your request as allowed per the Texas Attorney General. The following is list of general charges:
- $15.00 an hour for labor
- $0.10 per page
- 20% of labor charge for overhead
EPCHA will require a minimum 50% deposit if the charges exceed $90.00.
